Ltd. is the strategic partner of German Elman Petroleum (International) Group Ltd. in mainland China, specializing in the research and development and production of automotive, motorcycle and industrial lubricants for many years, with an annual comprehensive production capacity of 30,000 tons, is the larger lubricating oil production and marketing company in China.
